My review of B&R Plumbing:
After a long, drawn out, frustrating experience with another plumber, we hired B&R Plumbing to take over a remodel of 3 bathrooms. There, the frustration ended. Upon calling, Darren came right over to assess the situation and Emailed an estimate within 24 hours. In a few days, we were on the schedule with Mark assigned to our job.
Mark installed 1 shower/tub complex with trim, removed 1 shower, and installed another with trim. He also installed 2 toilets and 3 new toilet levers. Mark was fast, efficient, thorough, and congenial. When he ran into problems, he solved them. If he said he would be there at a certain time, he was there early.
Whenever I called the office with questions or concerns, the office manager pleasantly addressed them or referred me to Steven, one of the owners, who was readily available and helpful.
