We are attempting to move and ran into several obstacles due to negligent builders. The builders abandoned us, didn't pay their warranties nor other companies for services. (we did not know this before purchasing our house and later discovered that they hadn't paid the supply company for building material of several houses in my neighborhood AND for plumbing services... awful) Finally, we discovered that the company had been dissolved. Our insurance would not cover any of the issues concerning our house because it was not a sudden accident so we were out of luck. We called B & R plumbing company and three times they came to our house to assist us. They were prompt and thorough and so understanding of our predicament. In future, we will conduct all of our plumbing business with B & R because we are so very grateful. The owner (? I think it was the owner) told us that he "never leaves a job unfinished". I found it refreshing and admirable that he kept his word, a rarity these days. So thank you B & R for all your integrity and assistance. It is much appreciated.
I used B & R to do the rough-in for a new duplex I'm building. I wanted to provide my own sinks and fixture so they gave me a bid for rough-in and setting of trim. The price wasvery completive and the two plumbers they sent out to do the rough-in did a great job. I was very impressed with their work and recommended them to a contractor buddy of mine and he too was happy with their work. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
